 Dues for the 2007-2008 year are $50.00

Four Forms New and Existing Scouts Need to Complete Every Year.

• Insurance Form: Troop 666 Form for the National Capital Area Council - Automobile Insurance to drive scouts

• Parental Permission Form: Troop 666 Form for the National Capital Area Council - Permission for all local campouts.

• Personal Health and Medical Record class 1 & 2: Class 1 (update annually for all participants). Class 2 (required once every 36 months for all participants under 40 years of age).

• Emergency Medical Form: Authorization for Emergency Medical Treatment
