In order to get your son fully started in the troop, the following items need to be taken care of.
1. The dues for the 2009-2010 Scout year is $125. Once collected, your son should receive a Scout handbook and Troop number patch for his uniform
2. The Scout registration form should be filled out and signed.
3. Parental permission slip for activities should be signed and turned in.
4. BSA Medical Form I needs to be turned in.
5. Emergency medical release form should be filled out and signed.BSA Medical Form I needs to be
turned in.
6. Car insurance form should be filled out and turned in.
Insurance Form: Troop 666 Form for the National Capital Area Council - Automobile Insurance to drive scouts
Parental Permission Form: Troop 666 Form for the National Capital Area Council - Permission for all local campouts.
Personal Health and Medical Record class 1 & 2: Class 1 (update annually for all participants). Class 2 (required once every 36 months for all participants under 40 years of age).
Emergency Medical Form: Authorization for Emergency Medical Treatment
